Ceremony and reception will last approximately two hours.
Parking will be free and available on campus the day of the ceremony. The most convenient parking structure is the Stadium Garage directly across from the Center. There is a drop-off loop adjacent to the Center’s front doors.
If you require special transportation assistance on campus, please make arrangements by calling the Office of Special Events at 301.405.4638.
Regalia is required for both the departmental and University ceremonies. You are responsible for obtaining your own graduation regalia. You may order your graduation regalia and commemorative accessories in the University Book Center, located in the Stamp Student Union, or by phone.
A reception for graduates and their families hosted by Director of TDPS, Leigh Wilson Smiley will be held immediately following the ceremony. Light refreshments will be provided.
If you or your guest will require special assistance (i.e. wheelchair access and seating), please send an email to Cate Barger, Production Coordinator (firstname.lastname@example.org), specifying your name and the nature of the assistance required.
