LaTefia Bradley is a dancer, choreographer and an instructor. She currently resides in the District of Columbia but is originally from Arizona. While in Arizona she worked within her dance company “Perfectly Imperfect” to find ways to connect people through movement and spoken word. She was also the Founder and President of Revival Dance Crew from 2008 – 2013. As the Director of the Dance For Change Dance Competition in 2011 and the Make A Wish Dance Competition in 2012, LaTefia successfully raised money for a number of local nonprofit organizations. LaTefia is continually searching for ways to create works that reach her audience, fellow artists and that donates to her community.

Much of her movement vocabulary and values come from her training at Arizona State University where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Education in 2012. During her time at Arizona State University LaTefia’s choreography was featured in the undergraduate showcases, “Arizona Got’s Dance Showcase” in 2012 and she was awarded a certificate of excellence in Dance Education in 2012. Since then she has choreographed and taught at schools, studios and workshops in numerous cities in Arizona, the District of Columbia., Maryland and in Virginia.

LaTefia is now a Fellow in the Master of Fine Arts program at the University of Maryland and is striving to further examine ways to bring people together through movement, spoken word and positive energy.
