Mark Costello is a nationally produced multimedia designer and theater artist working across performance disciplines. He specializes in using live video and interactivity in his work. Select credits include Monumental Theatre’s Girl Versus Corinth (Capital Fringe/Joe’s Pub), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Friends Seminary), Davenport Theatrical’s Foreverman (NYMF), Mr. Confidential (NYMF), Live Source’s Bohemian Lights (Pregones/HERE Arts Center), Decoda’s Line and Expression (Metropolitan Museum of Art), and Rescue Agreement's If or When the Roof Falls In (CAP21).
He is a founding member of Merkins, Daniello & Sons, a theatre company dedicated to creating innovative, athletic and accessible performance. Their production The Scientists toured to the Chicago Fringe Festival, Portfringe, and Geva Theatre Center.
He received his BFA from New York University Tisch School of the Arts. Currently, Mark is an MFA candidate studying design at the University of Maryland School of Theater, Dance, and Performance Studies.
