Olivia Brann

Olivia Brann is a graduate of the Baltimore School for the Arts and the University of Maryland where she received degrees in both Theater and Chinese. She has traveled to China to become the first foreign student of Han Zaifen and the Zaifen Huangmei Opera company. She has worked with artists such as Ping Chong, Talvin Wilks, Izumi Ashizawa, and Caroline Clay. Olivia hopes to create more work centered around erasing the stigma of mental illness in film, television, and other media and her research focuses on white privilege in United States theatre.
