Richard Ouellette is a first year scenic design student originally from Berlin, New Hampshire. Richard received a B.A. in Theater and Dance from Keene State College, while working two summers as the resident scenic designer of Andy’s Summer Playhouse. After his undergraduate studies, Richard moved to Boston, MA, where he became a regular scenic artist for the American Repertory Theater. During this time, he has also designed sets for different small professional and educational companies in the Boston area. Richard looks forward to continuing his training at the UMD School of Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies.
