Student organizations
The following student organizations are sponsored by or associated with the School of Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies.
Kreativity Diversity Troupe: This performance group supports diversity through theater. Any University of Maryland student can be involved or audition for productions.

Student Dance Association: Advocacy and Community group for dancers at the University of Maryland! Committed to inspiring a safe space for dancers.
Midnight Breakfast: Midnight Breakfast aims to develop a culture of playwriting among University of Maryland students with a focus on new play development in all of its capacities.
Maryland Ghostlight Company: Ghostlight provides a place for UMD students to produce, perform, and design published contemporary plays in a student-run environment.

- Ballet Company M: Ballet Company M offers the opportunity for additional training, practice and performance to students interested in focusing on ballet. Website | Facebook | Instagram
- Punchbowl Comedy: UMD’s stand-up comedy organization. They host an Open Mic in the Baltimore Room of STAMP each week month for any student who would like to perform on a first-come first-serve basis. Instagram
- Sketchup: The University of Maryland’s premiere sketch comedy troupe, showcasing free performances of groundbreaking student humor. Auditions are open to all University of Maryland students. Website
