Doni Rotunno

M.F.A. Costume Design Student, School of Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies

Doni Rotunno is a first year M.F.A Costume Design candidate. Originally from Cooper City, Florida, Doni has been seeing theatre since the age of three.  She moved to New York City in 2016 to attend Marymount Manhattan College.  There, she worked on multiple shows, including Good News! (Scenic Designer), The Who’s Tommy (Assistant Costume Designer) and Parade (Assistant Scenic Designer). In 2020, she received her B.F.A. in Design and Technical Production, with concentrations in both Costume and Scenic Design, and was a Gold Key recipient. 

Most recently, Doni served as the Wardrobe Supervisor and Shop Assistant for the Carolina Ballet for their 21’-22’ and 22’-23’ seasons, working on shows such as Giselle, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, and their newly imagined production of The Nutcracker.
