COVID-19 Update

The University of Maryland recently announced a transition to online learning for the rest of the academic year due to the rapidly and continually evolving coronavirus pandemic. In consideration of this decision, we regret to inform you that there will be no more in-person public performances at The Clarice for the Spring 2020 semester.

  • Performances and events scheduled until at least May 22, 2020 are now canceled. (This is an update to the previously announced cancellation of performances until at least April 12, 2020.)
  • The Ticket Office is currently closed indefinitely, but the Guest Experience staff is working remotely and can be reached at tickets-theclarice@umd.edu. They are available Monday through Friday from noon until 5 p.m.

During this challenging time, we hope that you are safe and healthy. While we will miss the opportunity to celebrate the creative work of our UMD community together in-person this semester, we are looking into ways to bring that creativity to you virtually. Please stay tuned for additional details on how to stay connected!
