Jovita Selwyn

Jovita is a Ph.D. student in Theatre and Performance Studies at UMD. She holds an M.Litt and an MFA in Shakespeare and Performance from Mary Baldwin University in Staunton, Virginia. Her current research explores Shakespearean theatre within the context of diasporic studies and intercultural exchange, examining how performance can serve as a tool for decolonisation.
